Flat Metallic Yarn

This is flat metallic yarn that the polyester film is slit. This film has the layers that metal e.g. aluminium is metallized, colored layer and the layer to protect the metallized layer.

Less expensive and high luster, because twisting process is not required.

It’s single mettalic yarn made by the film, thus it’s twisted with other yarns often. But it also can be used onlty itself as flat yarn.

Compare with other metallic yarn, metallic flat yarn is esier to be broken and expanded. To avoid these, please examine well to adjust your weaving and knitting machines and to specify your product’s specification.
